2012 Reichsrat von Buhl Chardonnay QbA dry
"Wine should be the servant of the food“ – varietal wines excellently follow this rule of thumb for good entertainment, they are unobtrusive, and yet distinct, adaptable but highly personal in style. Not only are they ideal companions at table, but they themselves stand as guarantor for a pleasurable drinking experience.
WINE Aromas reminiscent of pears finely and delicately incorporated. In the flavour a mixture of fiery mineral character and pure elegance, backed up by wonderfully ripe acidity. Incredibly surprising and complex.
