2012 Reichsrat von Buhl Weißburgunder QbA dry
The success of the Weißburgunder (PINOT BLANC) wines is not least due to the fact that these wines can be used anywhere. Hardly any wine offers such a wide spectrum of dishes that it can accompany. The balanced nature, coupled with depth and strength are the attractive attributes of these wines.
WINE The pure youth is pleasing on the nose. Fine fruity aromas, elegantly incorporated and evoking sweet exotic fruits, accompany this Weißburgunder. Subtle on the palate with a lively nature. SOIL Predominantly variegated sandstone HARVEST The Pinot varieties were all harvested end of September. YIELD 60 hl/ha FINISHING Carefully finished in stainless steel tanks with fermenting temperature controlled. Racking took place 4 weeks after the harvest. CAN BE STORED up to 2015 RECOMMENDED DISHES Light meats and vegetables, light fresh cuisine with subtle seasoning, great summer wine.
